As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales from both large and medium media agencies, as well as global brands on the Nordic market.
Freespee’s offer to Agencies and Advertisers consists of a set of applications enabling them to optimize online advertising spend in real time, based on phone call data they are most likely missing.
There is tremendous growth potential within Freespee for the right person. If you have at least 3 years of successful sales experience from the Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Pay Per Click Advertising, Local or Social Media we may have a position for you. For this role you have to:
- Identify sales opportunities in the Nordics within Freespee's core target audience: Advertisers and Media Agencies.
- Close new business with Advertisers and Agencies.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with Search, Trading and Data Management departments within Media Agencies.
- Inspire and convince Marketing Directors within global brands.
- Adapt your approach when presenting, based on good qualification process and solid understanding of prospects' needs.
- Work closely with Clients Services Team to ensure proper handover as soon as a client is signed.
- Stay constantly aware of the digital media environment evolution in order to best serve Freespee's objectives and adjust sales approach accordingly.
Desired skills and experience:
- 3-4 years of digital sales experience, preferably within highly technological environments. Experience from Media Agencies is an advantage.
- Proficient in face-to-face sales and cold calling. Strong understanding of digital media platforms and digital advertising trends.
- Strong knowledge in data-driven digital advertising solutions (PPC and Display RTB).
- Strong experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media specific industry.
- Established relationships and presence within the media marketplace.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to promote and sell concepts to executives, agencies and customers.
- The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess an analytical mindset and prove exceptional at relationship development.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to speak and write in Swedish and English fluently and idiomatically. Another Nordic language is a great advantage.
